One Line-Drawn Cat in a Solid Black Scarf
Almost all of this 84 inch long shower curtain is empty white, and that emptiness is what makes the drawing work: a single cat, outlined in thin black line, standing upright with a chunky black scarf wound round its neck and a few leaves drifting past. The only solid black on the panel is the scarf, which pulls your eye straight to the centre of the composition. Everything else, the whiskers, the striped belly, the leaf veins, is drawn at the weight of a fine pen. There is no color anywhere on the panel and no border, so the drawing floats rather than sitting in a frame, and the eye reads the whole thing in a second.

Centrally, with the head roughly two-thirds of the way up. On the longer 87 and 94-inch drops that puts the drawing at eye level with generous white beneath it. On a short cut it fills more of the visible area.
The scarf and the outlines print as a true black on white, with no charcoal cast. That high contrast is what carries the design from across the room. It also means any pink or blue in your towels will read as a deliberate accent.
Hard water can leave a faint tidemark near the hem on any pale fabric, and this one is no exception. Because there is no pattern down there to hide it, the fix is a wash rather than camouflage, which the 86°F cycle handles easily. Shaking it out after showering delays it considerably.
