Cute Yellow Shower Curtains carry one joke, executed cleanly: a rendered yellow duck in oversized black sunglasses leaning into frame with a webbed foot raised in approval, set on plain white. The bird is modelled in three dimensions with soft shadow under the beak, so it has weight rather than reading as a flat cartoon, and the white ground gives the yellow nothing to compete with. At panel scale the sunglasses do most of the work, since they are the only dark mass in the image.

Neither exactly. It is a three-dimensional render, so it has photographic shading and reflections in the sunglasses but cartoon proportions. That combination is why it reads as solid rather than drawn.
Only if it is washed with darker items. Kept to a separate cool cycle the ground holds its brightness, and the stain-resistant finish stops splash marks from setting into it.
It fills roughly the lower two thirds and leans in from one side, so it is life-sized to oversized rather than a small motif. From the doorway it is immediately the subject of the room.
