Pink and Brown Shower Curtain is the panel for a bathroom used by children: a long-haired kitten, chocolate brown and white, sitting upright with one paw raised among branches of pink cherry blossom, the whole scene painted in soft airbrushed light rather than photographed. Petals drift across the lower half. Nothing in it is sharp or graphic, which is deliberate, because the point of the image is that it is gentle rather than that it is striking. Blossom branches frame the animal on both sides and above, leaving the lower corners almost empty, so the composition sits high and stays visible when the curtain is partly drawn.

Painted, in an airbrushed style with soft edges throughout. There is no photographic detail in the fur, which is what gives the image its storybook quality.
Pale and slightly dusty rather than bright, closer to blossom than to bubblegum. Against a white basin it reads as a soft tint rather than as a color block.
It is gentler than a cartoon panel and has no characters or text on it, so it tends to last longer than most bathroom prints aimed at children. The brown in the kitten also keeps it from being purely a nursery color scheme.
