Reef Colour That Has to Survive the Wash
The photographic reef on this undersea shower curtain is the part that has to hold up: clownfish, yellow tangs and a banded angelfish sit against deep blue water, with orange coral and green weed filling the lower third. Printed colour that saturated is exactly what fades first in a hot machine, which is why the panel is finished with a stain-resistant treatment and rated for a cool wash rather than a hot one. Treated that way, the blue keeps its depth and the coral keeps its orange through repeated cycles. The image runs edge to edge with no border, so there is no white margin to interrupt the water once the panel hangs in folds.

Slightly, yes. The artwork is laid out for the 71-inch widths, so the 59-inch cut trims part of the coral bed at the left side. The fish and the open water are centred and stay intact at every size.
It is printed on the face of the woven polyester, which is standard for photographic panels of this kind. The reverse is a paler ghost of the image. That is why the treatment and the cool wash matter for keeping the front saturated.
The hem is sewn rather than heat-cut, so it stays flat as it dries. Drawing the panel fully across after a shower rather than leaving it bunched is what keeps the lower edge from holding water. Coral colours sit in that lower third, so it is worth doing.
