No, and it is worth being clear about it. The bamboo is a printed photographic motif on a polyester panel; there is no bamboo fiber in the fabric. What you get is the look of the cane and the water, on a weave that handles a wet bathroom far better than a natural fiber would.
It is a single saturated element against a large green field, so it behaves as an accent rather than a competing color. If your room is already pink and green, it will read as coordinated; if it is entirely green, the lotus is the one warm note and most people find that is the point.
The blue-to-green transition runs vertically and survives the folds well, because it has no hard edges to break. The elements that need the panel drawn flat are the bamboo cane and the falling water.
