This light gray and white shower curtain works entirely within two tones. Three stacked cairns of smooth grey pebbles sit on a still white water surface, each one mirrored below in a soft reflection that fades out before it reaches the hem. Everything above the waterline is bright white, so the panel reads pale from a distance and only resolves into stones as you approach. The greys run from a near-silver on the lit face of each pebble to a deep slate in the shadow beneath, which is the whole colour range on the cloth. There is no horizon, no sky and no shoreline anywhere on the panel, which is what separates it from the coastal prints it gets grouped with, and it is why the design sits quietly in a room rather than announcing a theme.

None at all. Every pebble is rendered in a cool grey, which is why the panel sits comfortably with white and with true greys but argues slightly with cream or travertine tile. Beside a warm white wall it will look faintly blue by comparison.
It is deliberately soft, fading downward so the lower third of the panel is almost plain white. That keeps the busy detail at eye level and stops the hem area looking crowded when the curtain is gathered.
Two of the 71-inch cuts on one rod gives you a very full gather and a lot of surplus cloth, which looks deliberate on a wide walk-in but excessive on a tub. The print does not align between panels, so the cairns will not line up across the join.
