The Little Frames Shower Curtain photographs a white compartment shelf and everything in it: blue-painted starfish, a message bottle with sand and shells inside, a small striped lighthouse, a length of knotted fishing net, a scallop shell holding a single pearl. The grid of white dividers is what makes it work, because it organises a subject that usually sprawls and gives the panel an architectural structure. Colour is confined to soft cornflower blue and the natural creams and beiges of shell, with the white shelving carrying the rest.

Photographed. These are real shells, a real net and a painted wooden lighthouse arranged on a shelf and shot straight on, which is why the shadows inside the compartments look convincing.
The compartments distort as the panel folds, in the same way any geometric print does. Drawn flat the grid is crisp; pushed to one end it becomes a texture of blue and white. Both look intentional.
It is a soft cornflower, not a navy or a bright marine blue. Match towels to the pale side of it rather than the saturated side, or the accessories will out-shout the print.
