Palm Fronds Hanging From the Header Down to Mid Panel
The Shower Curtain Greenery hangs a dense curtain of palm and cycad fronds down from the header, leaves overlapping in several greens from a bright new growth to a deep shadowed forest tone, and stops them abruptly around the middle of the panel so the lower half is plain white. That placement is what makes the size choice matter: on a narrow cut the fronds crowd together and the effect is jungle, while at full width they spread and the panel reads as a light botanical band.

To roughly the halfway point, with a few longer fronds hanging a little lower. Everything below that is unprinted white, so the design is a band across the top rather than an all-over print.
Yes, photographed against white and then cut out. That is why the leaf edges are sharp and why the greens vary between individual fronds rather than sitting at one flat colour.
It usually does, because the white ground keeps it from reading as a theme. Against plain tile it behaves like a botanical print rather than a holiday reference.
