No. The image is rescaled for each format, so the whole toy including the foam sits inside the 35 inch width. It simply occupies more of the panel proportionally.
It is a warm cream that deepens to a light sand at the edges, not a true white. Beside white sanitaryware the difference is noticeable. That warmth is what stops the design feeling clinical.
It works better than most novelty prints because the palette is muted and the composition is simple. Guests read it as a photograph rather than a cartoon. In a purely formal bathroom it would still be a deliberate choice.
