What this white fabric shower curtain has to do is hold thin black lettering cleanly, and a woven polyester face is what makes that possible: the type reads as crisp rather than bleeding at the edges the way it would on a plastic film. A double-ruled black frame runs close to the panel border, and inside it the words sit in three weights of a narrow serif. Everything else is left blank white, so the cloth itself is doing half the work of the design. The face has a slight dry grain to it, close enough to a fine dress-weight weave to look considered, and it does not cling to your legs the way film does.

It is printed into the woven face rather than sitting on top as a plastic layer, so it flexes with the cloth. Cool washing and low heat keep it that way. Hot drying is what causes printed type on any panel to stiffen.
It is a clean matte white with no cream in it, which is why the black reads as high contrast. Beside a warm cream tile it will look distinctly cool. Against white subway tile it matches closely.
The frame is symmetrical, but the lettering inside it is not, so the panel has a definite top. The grommet header marks it. Hanging it the other way round would put the type at the floor.
