This 96 shower curtain is a study in two colours only: deep matte black and a muted antique gold. The design runs as vertical bands, alternating a dense damask flourish with a fret border of interlocking squares, each band edged in a thin gold line that draws the eye upward. The gold is printed as an aged, slightly tarnished ochre rather than a metallic ink, so it reads as pigment on cloth and not as glitter. The bands are narrow enough that the pattern still resolves when the panel is drawn back and gathered against the wall.

It is a matte printed ochre, deliberately aged rather than shiny. Under downlights it warms rather than sparkles, which is what keeps the panel looking closer to fabric wallpaper than to party decoration.
