Color is what carries this backwoods shower curtain: burnt orange in the canopy, amber and ochre through the middle branches, and a green that survives at the base of the trunks. The photograph is mirrored down the center so the two treelines meet over a path that runs straight out of the panel, which gives the print a depth most flat graphics never get. Warm tones dominate, so the panel reads as light rather than heavy despite how much is happening in it. There is no sky in the frame at all, only canopy, so the light in the image appears to come from the vanishing point rather than from above. That is what stops it reading as a flat poster.

It is deliberate and visible. The left and right halves are the same photograph flipped, meeting on the central path, which is what creates the tunnel of trees. Some people read it as a symmetrical composition rather than a duplicated image, but it is not a seamless landscape.
Direct sun on any printed panel will lift the warmest tones first over a couple of years. If your window puts hard light on the rod for hours, pull the panel back to the shaded end when the shower is not in use and the amber holds much longer.
Honestly, not especially. The palette is built on rust, amber and moss, which sit awkwardly against cool grey. It comes alive next to wood, cream, terracotta or unpainted stone, and it will look muddy in an all-grey room.
Less than the tags suggest. The green sits low, around the trunks and the undergrowth on either side of the path, while the upper two thirds are orange and amber. Treat it as an autumn panel with a green base rather than a green one.
