This bathroom towel hook pairs a self-adhesive matte black mount with a short arm that ends in a turned bamboo tip, so the part a towel actually touches is warm timber rather than cold metal. The mounting disc is round and shallow, pressing flat to the surface, and the arm angles up slightly to stop a loop sliding off. At roughly two and three quarter inches across it takes up almost no wall. The contrast is deliberate: a flat black disc and arm, then a rounded pale timber cap where the towel rests.

A full twenty-four hours. Adhesive mounts reach their real strength as they cure, and almost every failure comes from loading one the same afternoon it went up.
It is finished but not plasticised, so it behaves like timber: fine with humidity, less happy sitting in direct spray. Mounting it outside the shower zone is the simple answer.
Once, if you work the adhesive off slowly with warm water and a plastic edge, but the pad is not designed to be reused. Decide the position before it goes up.
