A Single Mandala Opening From the Center Out
Rather than a scattered repeat, this blue and white floral shower curtain carries one large mandala centered on the panel, built up in rings: a small pale core, then petal tiers in cream and ice blue, then a fine lacework border that dissolves into the deeper cobalt ground. Faint concentric line work continues past the edge of the flower, so the motif fades rather than stops. The drawing is symmetrical in every direction, which is what steadies it against the strong blue. There is no repeat anywhere on the panel, which is what separates this from a printed textile and puts it closer to a hung textile artwork.

No. The motif is fitted to each cut with the lacework rings running out toward the sides, so it is complete on every width. What changes between sizes is how much plain cobalt surrounds it.
Royal, tending to cobalt. It has a purple-leaning depth rather than the grey-green cast of navy, which is why the cream detail lifts so clearly off it. Beside a navy towel it will look noticeably brighter.
Not at a cool wash. The thinner rings are printed with enough weight to survive normal laundering. What damages them is heat, either from a hot cycle or a tumble dryer, which softens the edges permanently.
No. It is a woven polyester with a water-repellent face and works alone. A liner would sit in front of the motif and defeat the reason for buying a single centered design.
