The Cream Shower Curtain reproduces a section of Egyptian wall painting: robed figures in procession, a seated deity, columns of hieroglyphs, all rendered on a cream and sand ground that has been aged to look like weathered plaster. The palette is narrow on purpose, running through cream, ochre, terracotta and a single muted teal, which is what keeps a busy figurative scene from becoming loud. Fine crack lines printed across the ground complete the illusion of a painted wall rather than a poster. The figures are shown in strict profile, the way the original wall paintings were painted, with shoulders square to the viewer and feet in line.

Where a Cream Ground Does the Heavy Lifting
Cream is the reason this works in a small bathroom: the figures are detailed but the ground is pale, so the panel adds a subject without darkening the room. It sits particularly well against travertine, unglazed terracotta or a limewashed wall. Twelve metal grommets hold the header flat above the frieze, so the top row of figures stays undistorted where the fabric carries its weight. You have 30 days from delivery to return your item — no explanation needed. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned complete in their original packaging.

They are drawn from real forms but arranged decoratively, so they look right without spelling anything. At panel scale they read as columns of texture between the figures.
Mid-cream rather than off-white, with visible warm mottling across it. Against a bright white tile it reads distinctly beige; against travertine it almost disappears into the wall.
Not once the panel is hanging. They are fine and evenly distributed, so they read as the surface of old plaster. Folded flat in the pack they can briefly look like real creasing, which resolves as soon as it hangs.
