Cute fun shower curtains only work when the joke survives being seen every day, and this one does because it is photographed rather than drawn: a jack russell in a blue helmet and goggles gripping the handlebars of a red scooter, a second dog behind it in a red cape with its tongue out, both leaning into the turn. The scooter's yellow headlamp sits dead centre. Everything else on the panel is plain white, so the pair appear to be riding out of it. The scooter is angled slightly toward the viewer, so the front wheel and the headlamp come forward off the panel while the rear dog sits back in the frame. That bit of depth is what makes the joke land.

A composite, and it does not hide it. The dogs and the scooter are photographed separately and assembled, which is why the lighting on the caped dog does not quite match the front rider. As a joke it works; as a photograph it does not.
It shows water spots while damp and loses them as it dries. Shampoo and conditioner are the real problem on a field this pale, so deal with those the same day rather than leaving them to set.
The dogs occupy the middle of the panel, roughly at standing eye level, so from a seated position in the tub you are looking at the scooter rather than the faces. Hung drawn rather than gathered it reads best.
