A Silver Tabby Face at More Than Life Size
Hang the Gray Print Shower Curtain and the room acquires a face: a silver tabby photographed head-on, filling the whole panel, with green-gold eyes at roughly eye level and whiskers running off both edges. The fur is the real subject, dense grey and cream striping with a white muzzle, shot sharp enough that individual hairs are visible around the ears. There is no background at all, which is what stops it looking like a poster and lets it work as a flat field of grey. Light falls from the front and slightly to the left, so one side of the muzzle carries a soft shadow while the far ear catches the brightest highlight on the panel. The pupils are wide, which reads as calm rather than startled.

Roughly two-thirds up the panel, which puts them at standing eye level for most adults on a conventionally hung rod. It is deliberately composed that way, and it is the reason the image works best drawn flat rather than bunched.
Sharp. Individual hairs are visible around the ears and the whiskers hold clean edges right to the border of the panel, which is unusual at this scale.
Cool, with cream rather than beige in the lighter stripes. It sits comfortably with concrete and cool grey tile and slightly less well with warm taupe.
