The image is a mass of open roses and small buds in blush and dusty rose, crowded toward the lower half of the panel and softening into a blurred white above them, so the flowers appear to recede rather than stop at an edge. There is no outline anywhere in the drawing and no hard edge to the composition, which is what gives the whole panel its softness rather than the colour alone.

Soft, not strong. The deepest blooms are a dusty rose and everything else fades toward white. In a bright room the panel reads as almost neutral, which is why it works for people who want pink without committing to it.
In the lower half, thinning as they rise into the blurred white above. That places them at eye level for someone seated in the bath and keeps the top of the panel light.
It is a deliberate soft focus rather than a printing fault, and it is what makes the flowers appear to recede into depth. Very close up it reads as a gradient; from across the room it reads as distance.
