The Minimalist Shower Curtain works by leaving most of the panel blank: a stack of three pale green-grey pebbles on the left, a few stems of dried grass rising behind them, and a single white waterlily open to the right, all standing on a sheet of near-white water that runs to the hem in soft horizontal ripples. Everything above the objects is empty white, so roughly the upper third of the curtain carries no image at all. That emptiness is what makes it work in a bathroom rather than a shortage of design.

Yes. The upper third carries no image at all, just plain white, which is deliberate and is what lets the design read as calm rather than sparse.
Dried grass heads, photographed rather than drawn, with the seed heads still attached. They supply the only warm tone in an otherwise cool image.
