You have 30 days from delivery to return your item — no explanation needed. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned complete in their original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, just contact us with your order number and reason. We'll send you the instructions, and return shipping is free.

Most panels are made with twelve grommets, so one set covers a single curtain. Count your eyelets before ordering: a few wide or extra-long designs carry more, and a half-empty header sags between hooks.
The contact is metal on metal, so on a painted or powder-coated rod they can mark it over time. On chrome or stainless there is no issue. Hanging them evenly rather than dragging the curtain reduces it either way.
A warm gold rather than a bright brass, which is what lets it sit with champagne and brushed-brass taps. Beside a cool chrome fitting the difference in temperature is obvious.
