A Cat Face Emerging From Total Black
Black is doing all the work on the Noir Shower Curtain, and it is not a flat black: the ground is deep enough to swallow the outline of the animal entirely, so what you actually see is a pair of pale grey eyes, the faint ridge of a nose and a set of white whiskers fanning out into nothing. Ears are implied by two darker shapes at the top. There is no third tone anywhere, which is why the panel reads as depth rather than as a black rectangle on the wall. Whisker lines are printed thin enough to disappear entirely at their tips, so the face has no border and never resolves into a cut-out shape against the ground.

Black That Reads as Depth, Not as a Block
It belongs in a bright room rather than a dark one, since the whole effect depends on the black being the only dark thing there: white tile, pale grout, a light floor and chrome. In an already dark bathroom the eyes stop reading and the panel becomes a plain black curtain. You have 30 days from delivery to return your item — no explanation needed. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned complete in their original packaging.

Yes, there is no gradient or vignette. The only variation comes from the grey used for the eyes and the nose.
Yes. The eyes fall in the upper third of the panel, which puts them at roughly adult eye height on a rail at 72 inches, and the whiskers spread across the middle. Below that the panel is unbroken black, so nothing is lost when the lower section sits behind a tub.
