They are printed as small white marks, with no glitter, foil or thread involved. Under a bright bulb they read as points of light against the dark violet. Nothing on the surface is reflective.
Cool. The bands sit on the blue side of violet rather than the red side, which is why they work next to grey and silver rather than beside a warm cream. Under a yellow bulb they can look slightly muddier.
The 94 inch width is the one to take for a long rail, since it gathers without leaving a gap at either end. For a single tub run, 71 inches is enough. Check the rail length before assuming the widest size is needed.
